Flight Monitoring
If my first search doesn't turn up a good fit, I'll monitor award space for up to 90 days. If no flight turns up in that time or before your travel date, your cost is just the $50 deposit.
Sending a request is free. If I take your trip, a $50 deposit per one-way ($100 for a round trip) starts the research and counts toward that direction's fee. It's nonrefundable except as described in my Refund policy. If no workable flight turns up, that's all you pay.
Award seats change constantly and can disappear, so I can't promise availability. Terms
I research award flight availability for your trip using the points and miles you already have. I identify a strong itinerary for your trip — the right routing, the right cabin, and the most efficient use of your points — then walk you through every step of completing the booking yourself.
No. You transfer your points and book in your own airline and loyalty accounts, so you stay in control. I send step-by-step transfer and booking instructions and answer questions while you book. I'll never ask for your passwords. You can see how transfers work in my guides.
I cover domestic and international trips in economy, premium economy, and business class. Whether you're flying across the country or across the world, I look for the most efficient way to get there with fewer points.
I work with all major credit card transferable currencies (Chase Ultimate Rewards, American Express Membership Rewards, Capital One Miles, Citi ThankYou Points, Bilt Rewards, and Wells Fargo Rewards) as well as frequent flyer programs across all major airline alliances — Star Alliance, Oneworld, and SkyTeam.
No one can. Award seats are public inventory that anyone can book, and they can disappear quickly. I don't have special access or unpublished space; my value is knowing where to look and how to route your trip. Message me before you transfer and I'll re-check that the seat still shows as available. It can still disappear before you book. Transfers can't be undone, and some take days.
If nothing workable turns up on Explorer, you pay only the $50 deposit for that one-way. Elite includes up to 30 days of flight monitoring and Pinnacle up to 90. If nothing turns up by then or before your travel date, you pay only the $50 deposit for that one-way and no remaining fee is charged (if you've paid more, I refund the difference).
On Elite and Pinnacle, if nothing suitable is available at first, I continue flight monitoring for your original criteria (up to 30 days on Elite, 90 on Pinnacle) and let you know when a bookable option appears. See the Terms for when flight monitoring ends.
Most itineraries are researched within 1–3 business days, with a preview sent as soon as options are found. Complex multi-city or last-minute itineraries may take longer. I'll communicate throughout the process so you're never left wondering where things stand.
After you review the preview and pay the rest of your fee, you'll get step-by-step instructions for transferring your points and completing the booking. I'm available to answer reasonable questions as you complete the booking.
I'll work with the points and miles you currently have and be upfront about what is realistic. If your balances fall short, I may recommend a different routing, travel date, destination, or cabin class that better fits your available balance.
