This page explains how Kyle Burrows, doing business as Point Bound ("Point Bound"), may earn money from some links on this site. Trip proposals, PDFs and emails from Point Bound never contain paid links.

Paid links. Point Bound doesn't currently use paid links. In the future, some card links may be paid links; if so, they'll be labeled "Paid link." Point Bound may earn a commission from the card issuer or an affiliate network if you're approved for a card through a paid link.

How paid links will be labeled. Every paid link will be labeled "Paid link" right next to it, often as "Paid link: Point Bound may earn a commission." If a link has no label, it isn't a paid link.

My flight research isn't for sale. Commissions never affect which flights I find, which award options I recommend, or how I rank them. Card issuers and networks don't review, approve or edit my content. My opinions are my own.

It doesn't change what you pay me. My research fees are the same whether or not you ever click a card link. A commission is never added to your fee, and your research results don't depend on opening a card.

Card suggestions are optional. Card suggestions are separate from the flight research you pay for. You can tell me not to send any card suggestions: choose "No" on the request form (or leave that question blank), or email me at Pointbound.kyle@gmail.com.

You decide, and approval isn't guaranteed. You choose whether to apply, and you apply directly with the card issuer. I never apply for a card for you. Approval, credit limits and welcome offers are decided only by the issuer. Applying may affect your credit. This is general information, not financial advice.

Offers change. Card offers, rates, fees and terms change often. What I say may be out of date. Before you apply, check the issuer's own application page for current terms, rates and fees.
