We use Tally.so to collect inquiries and service requests. When you submit a form on our Site, your responses are received and stored by Tally.so. Tally.so's privacy policy is available at tally.so/privacy.

Website Hosting

The Site is hosted by a third-party cloud hosting provider. That provider may process standard server log data (including IP addresses) in the ordinary course of operating the infrastructure on which the Site runs.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• — Service providers. With vendors and providers needed to operate the Site or deliver the Services (as described in Section 5).

Point Bound's Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. Adult customers may provide limited information about minor travelers (such as names and ages) when planning family travel. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including airline, hotel, credit card issuer, and loyalty program websites. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
